The MARRC Injured Members Fund (IMF) was established March 2001 to help alleviate the burden that a MARRC member may endure after having sustained an injury during a sanctioned roadracing event, either as a racer, cornerworker, or racing official.

The following criteria must be met in order to be considered a beneficiary of the MARRC Injured Members Fund:

• Must be a MARRC member in good standing at time of injury.
• Must be injured during a sanctioned roadracing event.
• Nominations must be made in writing to the MARRC IMF Committee. is acceptable. Nominations must include the following information:
  • member's full name
  • address
  • phone number(s)
  • MARRC membership number (if known)
  • description of incident (including date, location, event) and injuries sustained
• Nominations must be received by the MARRC IMF Committee no later than 6 months from the date of injury.
• No guarantees are implied for allocation of MARRC-IMF funds and all funds are subject to availability.
• The allocation of funds will be determined by the MARRC IMF Committee and will be limited to no more than $500 per member per incident.
• The MARRC IMF Committee may turn down a nomination if the injury and/or circumstances are not deemed to be within guidelines.
